Needs Monitoring in Social Situations: Snoopy is generally well-behaved but can be a bit spooked in new social situations, especially around other dogs. It's important to monitor him closely to ensure his comfort and safety.

Not a Fan of Solo Public Outings: He should not be tied up outside shops as he doesn't do well alone in public spaces. His recall skills are still a work in progress.
